<h3>The Multi-Stop Career</h3>
<p>Hall of Fame careers typically span multiple programs. Start at a small school, build it into a winner (3-5 seasons), move to a mid-tier Power Four program (5-7 seasons), win conference championships and make playoff appearances, then earn the top job at a blue-blood program. Each stop should leave the program in better shape than you found it — that is the mark of a great coach.</p>
